Welcome, and thank you for entrusting us with your dental care. We
are honored that you have given our team this opportunity and we take
great pride in the excellence of dental care provided.
We are
dedicated to delivering the utmost in compassion and highest quality of
care available to every patient. We educate our patients on the
importance of total health and well being and how with proper dental
care, one can start to achieve this goal.
We have instituted
“Casey” educational programs on our computers for you to view and will
assist you with any questions you may have. We ask that you please bring
to our attention, any special circumstances or health issues that may
help us with your care. Having over 24 years of clinical experience
enables the doctor to properly assess your current conditions and
customize an individual treatment plan that will lead the way to your
long-term dental health.
For non-emergency patients who are new to our practice, your first visit will be scheduled with the doctor for diagnostic x-rays and a full, comprehensive examination. An important periodontal evaluation will establish your hygiene regimen and you will then be appointed to our hygienist.
Emergencies
In the event of a true dental emergency, such as severe trauma to the head and neck region, allergic reaction, protrusive bleeding or swelling, please call 911 for immediate medical attention. Many dental conditions are not emergencies but merely inconveniences that may still require attention. We will attempt to be available to address these concerns and schedule an appointment to care for your condition.
Scheduling
Our convenient operative hours are from 8:00-4:00 Monday thru Thursday. The early hours are designed to accommodate your home and work schedules. An appointment with us is a bond of trust stating that we will reserve that specific time to treat your needs and that you will reciprocate that trust by being here promptly. We will extend the courtesy of not charging a broken appointment fee for patients who kindly give us a 48 hour notice. Late arrivals of 10 minutes or more may result in you having to reschedule your appointment and will contribute to a broken appointment.
