Financial Policy

In the interest of providing excellent dental healthcare and being able to practice in a fiscally responsible manner, we believe that a written and structured financial policy is essential to avoid any misunderstandings. We will keep you informed of any necessary treatment and associated fees. Please remember that our emphasis is on providing quality dental care for you and your family. You will be financially responsible for all dental services on the day that they are performed. WE DO NOT BILL PATIENTS. We gladly accept check, cash, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. For large treatment plans or patients requiring financing as a method of dental payment, we offer Care Credit—a third party financing institution, which offers up to 0% financing (our office incurs this interest payment). We have applications for CareCredit in our office, or you can apply through the ease of your home phone or computer.

For our patients that have dental insurance, we are proud to assist you by filing your primary coverage on an “Assignment of Benefits” basis. We require your estimated portion on the first day services are rendered. NOTE: Your coverage has been determined by and is a contract between you, your employer and the insurance carrier. WE ARE NOT INVOLVED IN ANY DECISIONS OF BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO YOU. If your insurance does not cover any portion of our fees, it is still your responsibility to pay us the balance due. If your insurance provider does not reimburse our office within 60 days from the service date, you will be billed and are fully responsible for the balance. It will then be your responsibility to contact and deal with your insurance provider.
